Within 2 months of joining. I was given a mission...
Train 15 new MSRs in Sales Presentation Skills....
The training session was held at Khandala .
Hotel Vallerina Shahar se itna door...kyon...? It sounded
like a call from a military man from the Border...
I felt like cribbing .... But ' chalo bulava aaya hai .....' call of duty comes first.
On second thought, it turned out to be an awesome idea... the beautiful
journey was already opening up the participants,
and the trainer-trainee gap was reducing...
Taal mel kuch jam raha thaa.

Soon we reached the hotel...
it was 8:00 in the morning.
The Manager greeted us and led us to Orchid - the Seminar room....
I was slightlty nervous ..
half of me was worried about the arrangements, and the

other half about the Seminar.
But to my delight the arrangements were all done.
As if Manager Saab ne dil ki baat sun li... whiteboard, LCD, markers,
name tags, cordless microphones....everything done.

There I was all ready to go and I started...
I had them floored ..... by lunch time , I was feeding on kudos and appreciation.
The lunch too was Laajawab..., Mughlai, Tandoor, Chinese... lovely....

The only problem was...people ate so much, that post lunch, my
session had a 'so jaa rajkumar', effect on everyone... The crowd was
getting fidgety.... . Manager saab noticed this...In the tea break, he suggested that we conduct
the next session on the lawns in the open...I loved this idea..

....but was it possible, logistically I asked ...'Aajmaake to dekho' said the Manager.
Well...the next session was there in the warm evening sun of Khandala.
Everybody enjoyed it...
I was a hero out there...thanks to several factors ..
.one is of course ...heh...heh... yours truly...but more importantly the location,
the beautiful Mahoul of Vallerina and great professional service by Manager Saab & his team.
We will return, Manager Saab...baar baar...har baar... for every sales seminar.
